- Street address, only when you check the box requesting a yard sign — used solely to arrange delivery.
- Volunteer interest, availability, and any notes you provide on the Volunteer page.
- Your name, email, ZIP code, and message, when you submit a question through the "Ask Ricardo" form.
- Consent records: when you check a consent box (email or SMS), we record the exact wording of the consent language you agreed to, an ISO 8601 timestamp, and the page URL where you gave consent. This proof-of-consent record helps us demonstrate that opt-ins were genuine and voluntary.
We also automatically collect limited technical information through Google Analytics 4, described below.
How We Use Your Information
- To send campaign updates and communications you've opted in to receive.
- To fulfill yard sign requests and coordinate volunteer activities.
- To respond to questions submitted through the Site.
- To understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with any political party, as this is a nonpartisan campaign.

SMS / Text Messaging

Data Retention
We retain the information you provide for as long as reasonably necessary to support the purposes described in this policy, including compliance with campaign finance and election recordkeeping requirements, and delete or anonymize it thereafter.
Your Choices
- Every campaign email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Reply STOP to any campaign text message to opt out of SMS.

Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Nonpartisan Notice
The office of Mayor of Cutler Bay is nonpartisan. This Site and campaign are not affiliated with, and do not represent, any political party.
